The pop-up drain wouldn't stay closed (which is a problem, if you wear contact lenses) and the toilet tissue holder kept falling off the wall (no set screw). It appeared that the furnishings and decor were dated and a bit worn. The sizes of the room and the bathroom were pretty good. Check-in was fast and easy (I really like their App that lets you check in via smartphone, first thing in the morning) and, when I arrived, I had my key card in seconds. I've stayed at Turning Stone, several times, but this was my first stay at The Hotel tower.
